Barn Owl Original Acrylic " Settling In "

Framed Size  18" x 12", with non reflective glass.  These two Barn Owls had decided to settle in the roof of my friend's outbuilding.  Her husband liked the scene so much that he immediately took a photograph.  After regaling the tale to my friend, she decided to commission me to paint it for his birthday.  I am told the present went down extremely well, as have subsequent prints.

The painting is on Cold Press, extra heavy, off white Crescent art board and I aim to produce the finest detail in both the subject and its natural setting.  The shade of the Daler mountboard is carefully selected depending on the painting, as is the toning of the frame itself.
