Acrylic Original on Linen Canvas Framed 12" x 12" with non reflective glass
This Kingfisher design is on Loxley clear primed linen canvas board. The linen fabric is laminated on to rigid, high quality medium density fibre board, which suits my style of painting perfectly. The texture is obviously very different from the Crescent Board that I have been using for a long time and I am pleased how easily it has been to adapt. The look of the linen seems to complement my style of painting.
Kingfishers are small unmistakable bright blue and orange birds of slow moving or still water. They fly rapidly, low over water, hunting fish from riverside perches, occasionally hovering above the water's surface. Read more....RSPB Kingfisher
