Framed Size 9" x 21", with non reflective glass.  It is hard to believe that sparrows are actually becoming less common these days after their being seen everywhere it seemed, just a few years ago.  Ever more reason to celebrate their presence with another painting, this time set against a bright, Spring-like background. The painting is on Cold Press, extra heavy, off white Crescent art board and I aim to produce the finest detail in both the subject and its natural setting.  The shade of the Daler mountboard is carefully selected depending on the painting, as is the toning of the frame itself.
