Robin, Wren and Great Tit Original Acrylic " Garden Favourites "

Framed Size 21" x 9", with non reflective glass.  I love painting these three-style paintings and this one comprises three of my favourite garden birds.  The very cute little Wren, who can resist?!  The ever popular Robin, a lovely bird with a beautiful song.  And the Great Tit.  SOLD at Needham Market Exhibition.

Excellent descriptions and facts can be found on either the RSPB website.....RSPB or the Brtsish Trust for Ornothology.....British Trust for Ornithology  I recommend both sources and never cease to be amazed how much detail is recorded.  In an age of deep concern for our environment, such organisations offer reassurance.

The painting is on Cold Press, extra heavy, off white Crescent art board and I aim to produce the finest detail in both the subject and its natural setting.  The shade of the Daler mountboard is carefully selected depending on the painting, as is the toning of the frame itself.
